A rambling climbing rose vine covers our neighbours old wooden pergola. Here and there small delicate pink blooms hang over the edges, dangling for all to enjoy. This morning they were dripping raindrops and beauty on those around.
Taken resting my camera on our fence, this flower about 2metres away, inside the neighbour's yard.

ReplyDeleteNever used to care much for "raindrops on roses...", but since we had such a long spring without a drop of rain, I now appreciate it :-)

Beautifully lighted....beautifully "composed" in your camera. I can't wait for roses to begin blooming in this part of the country.

Very beautiful photo! It looks like your neighbour would enjoy your roses.
ReplyDeleteIsn’t it fun when you can catch the raindrops on the little blooms. These are gorgeous, and the little rosebud is so sweet. I have no roses in my garden and it is a shame. Lovely photography.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful picture. Love the color and the light.
ReplyDeleteHey there ... thanks for popping by my blog. The African tree pic was edited to enhance the warmth of the photo but the lighting at this time of day in Africa is truly beautiful. Dusk is a very magical time of day out on the Savannah. Your blossom is lovely.
