Yes, it's winter in Australia, the Land Down Under. However, as you can tell, winter in this region of our vast land is relatively warm. Beautiful sunny days (often) and cold night with an occasional frost, never snow.
The view from our church is quite amazing. With acreage on a hilltop at the edge of town it is quite unusual.....very rural and shared with kangaroos.
It was a beautiful weekend here to, as is today. Unfortunately tomorrow (the first day of summer!) the rain returns :-( This is a wonderful photograph. Truly the picture of summer!
A very nice composition using the tree branches! I forget with our steamy temps that others are having winter. :) Grass here in winter would never be that green.
