ReplyDeleteThank you for all your lovely comments. We do live in a lovely part of the world - this spot is about an hours drive from home. I think there is beauty to be found everywhere, some places just require us to look a bit harder than others.

ReplyDeleteHi Cathy, no I didn't make this dress although I have made a couple of smocked dresses. My Mum found this dress in a thrift shop, like new. Miss V, who os now 7, also had a couple of years wear out of this gorgeous one.

ReplyDeleteI first learned of Rainbow Lorikeets at the Cincinatti Zoo, the Lorikeet Landing, where you get a cup of nectar and they come right to you a drink/eat it. I had three on me and had my husband get the one off my head!
I also love the sail boats.
