"Mummy's Torture"

Just across our fence, in the neighbour's yard, this magnificent rose has its head held high. But, there is a huge plumbago bush on our side of the fence, keeping me about two metres/yards from this beauty. My 16 year old son says it "Mummy's torture" to be able to see it but not get close enough to take a good photo. However, I have persevered against breeze, light and not wanting to look nosey and managed to catch some shots with my zoom. I am quietly pleased after a little editing, having turned today's "torture" into a  lasting pleasure and satisfaction.

Sharing with Simple Pleasures, LEM: Bokeh (chosen as a favourite).
