Early Saturday Morning

It has been a delight to watch this beautiful rose opening and displaying it's multiple layers of petals. Another treasure from M and R's garden.
Love this last image with the dew glistening in early morning sunshine.

  29. while in South Africa, at the start of their Spring, I watched their first red rose for one week, each day venturing out to see its new dance in that days new light...as the petals unfolded and then opened fully to reveal the heart and captured the bee visitors and their drunkenness ... to be so filled with the joy of the Lord

    Loved these macro shots!
