Join me for an afternoon at the Passion Ballet where the dance is fast and furious yet every bit beautiful too.
Each dancer begins as a bud, poised for action. Within minutes, unseen by any eye, they spring forth and dance with total abandon for a few short hours.
Wasn't that glorious, even breath-taking? A few days later the fruits of the dance are clearly evident, maturing gradually into magnificent, delicious passionfruit.
Thank you for your company.

ReplyDeleteQuite amazing, that's for sure. We grew passionfriut almost my entire childhood and well after I left home at 18 (after i got married) and I never noticed the development of these flowers which were everywhere. How much do we take for granted?
ReplyDeleteOf course, as we mature into adults we become more appreciative of life and the world surrounding us... and then we gain cameras which can look deeper into creation and we marvel even more :)
SO beautiful. Amazing, all of it--photos and words. You are an amazing artist!

Very nice collection of macro shots. Great depth of field, nothing is fuzzy which shouldn't be. I like the upside down gerbera the most, but its probably because of bright color. All are fantastic.
