Thrills and Spills of Yesterday




Oh no!!!! She was a little winded but landed "safely" on the grass, well enough to scooter back to my parents-in-love home where we are currently staying for a few days.




Off to one of the lovely beaches late in the afternoon.










Master J chose flying his rc plane instead of swimming.




I chose to walk with my camera - my idea of thrills. I spy someone rock fishing as the tide was coming in. Beautiful.

    As sad as it is to fall... What an amazing, drama-filled shot and something your daughter can show off to her friends saying, "I survived!"

    Looks like you're having a wonderfully warm time of year, filled with familiy and fun. Your photos make it that extra little bit hard for me to look out the windows up here, though! LOL.

    The first one is really luck by not lucky. Great action shot and lucky no trouble. This kind of pictures are very uncommon. But a great memento for later.

    Scrapes and bruises are okay as long as no trips to the ER are needed..thank goodness this was not one of those...this is an amazing shot and I'm sure you were holding your breath as the action was happening! Love the other photo's too...but this one rocks..

    It is an amazing picture you captured of your daughter diving into the grass. Didn't your heart make a jump when you saw it? Mine did as I watched the picture. Good thing she came down good, just a little shaken, and could continue her ride. Phew.

    It really is beautiful to walk with you as you let us revel with you in all this beauty... An amazing shot of that scooter flight! Glad she is well! I can smell the salty air... unbelievable!

    I'm so glad little Miss E wasn't hurt! Brilliant capture, though!
    What a wonderful beach to visit. I love the fact it's so quiet - not like the Gold Coast beaches this summer.
