Now where did that ball go???? |
Now I've got you! |
Rigged up by Master T, this very worn leather cricket ball is serving out it's retirement in an active fashion! Every day, slung high through our frangipani tree, it is used by the four keen cricketers to fine tune batting skills (when they aren't actually bowling to each other). Miss E also likes to exercise her playing rights!

How fun, I have never played cricket before.
What fun shots indeed! You do have beautiful children and they do know how to have fun! Must have had a great teacher/mom! Hope you all have a lovely weekend!

girls are very beautiful:). great work!
Looks like a lot of fun for everyone. Lovely images.
I used to to that a lot with a tennis ball when I was a kid, a long time ago.
Greetings,

Nice shots. I always wondered how a frangi pangi tree looks. Now I have seen a little bit of it. Thanks
What adorable blonde haired little girls....looks like they are having lots of fun.
Love the series ... and great way to keep in practice!
looks fun. cute shots!
Świetny pomysł i zabawa. Na ostatnim zdjęciu córka wygląda jak tenisistka. Pozdrawiam
How fun! Good way to recycle and reuse!
Wonderful shots!
My children used to rig up things like this with tennis balls. With youngest 2, it often involved a basketball and hoop! :)
It seems the girls have a lot of fun with this ball.
I love to read your posts and have a look at your wonderful photos! It´s always like having sunshine on my nose.
Liebe Grüße,
Pia
And lots of fun.....
I love seeing pictures of your kids. Love how they are doing such fun and "healthy things". So many kids in the US never have their phone out of their hands. Time filled with texting texting , and video games when there is a lull in texts. So great to see all of the family activities you do..... Love it!!!!!
Looks like fun!! Such great shots.. nice and crisp. Hope you enjoy your weekend my friend.
Hugs, Linda
Thanks so much for stopping by and visiting my blog- and especially for leaving a comment! Yay! ;) Your blog profile speaks volumes!
oh a frangipani....My daughter's in South Africa was just beginning to bloom in September when I was there. So amazingly beautiful!
I loved to see the cricket! I played only once and that was with some children in England while I was hiking through Devon. They actually invited me to join the game and I had so much fun!
Nice to see the happy kids and a well worn ball.
