Seeing Red




We are enjoying a wonderful Easter weekend staying with my parents-in-love who live in a nearby coastal village. The weather has been prefect (so far). Tonight their extremely slow and unreliable internet is a little faster so I'll attempt to share some of my favourite photos from today.....

  27. Looks beautiful and serene there! I thought of you this weekend - practicing with the macro. I'm not good at it yet - need to be steadier. I tried it with tripod, but don't think that's any easier for me and sure don't like dragging the equipment. Love your shots, though.

  36. Love the mushroom/toadstool among the feathery fern-like leaves!!!! And of course, you just can't go wrong with any watery image if you want my opinion. The beautiful hibiscus blossom...they always are great for macros!!
