Promises

A little time away, long promised, came about. It had been 18 years (and seven more children) since we last had a child-free night.

The view from our balcony yesterday was full of promise....for another day.

Anticipation is a beautiful thing......

  9. 18 years! That's alot of uninterrupted conversations to catch up with. So pleased for you to have had that time away. I watched 'photofinish' on the abc last night (thurs) at 8:00 - it was really interesting.
