The more carefully I look, the more beauty I see.
Typing her Science summary this morning |
Another bromeliad flower spike this week, two days between the photos above.
Even the pesky onion weed now flowering is beautiful.
She may seem shy, but she's not camera shy for me! :)
Hope you are finding more beauty in your week too.

What a delightful post! And such beautiful children! I never fail to find beauty in my week, but I'm always grateful for a reminder to do just that! And may you find even more as your week slips by!

which are more stunning, more beautiful, more shining with wonder? Those girls of yours, or the flowers? Ooh that's a tough one! Girls win out... LOVE those photos!!
: )
Wunderschöne Fotos von den Girls und den Blumen ♥♥♥
Liebe Grüße Eva
Awesome photos dear! So much Joy, Love and Simplicity in them.
I couldn't help but notice the intricate work your daughter has done in the first picture. I would be a very proud mum to display it....:-) That's a great job!!
Your gorgeous lovely looking daughters appear to be so different from one another. The first, doing the wonderful needlework, has a Pre-raphalite quality to her. I hope she takes this as a compliment as I think they are really beautiful.
Dear Rosemary, Miss E (now 20) takes this as a great compliment. She is a keen student of the Arts. Miss E's hair is also beautiful and very long, long enough to sit on.
Nice flowers and girls :)

Wonderful captures . . . that first shot of the bromeliad is amazing - it looks like purple-painted fingernails sneaking out !Thanks for sharing your family and images with us. Blessings
Beauty is all around--we just have to take the time to "really look" at our surroundings. Your daughters are beautiful girls--life's greatest gift to a Mother. Have a lovely week. Mickie :)
What a beautiful family, and delightful post.
I just love the first photograph.
Wishing you a wonderful day!

Bellissime fotografie, l'ultima mi piace assai! un abbraccio...ciao
They all make me smile. Can't believe you're the mom to 8 children--I'm exhausted thinking about it--but I know each and every day is full of adventure. We have one, away at college, and he calls me each day about each adventure he has--he keeps me in stitches. Hope you're having a good week.
beautiful, what an eye you have!
Excellent flower macro's. The girl clsoe up is surprising and beautiful.
Greetings,
Filip
Very lovely images. That last one brings a smile to my face!
Your daughters cross stitch is gorgeous, it's a large project that I am sure has developed perseverance and patience!
Gorgeous captures as always, your creamy backgrounds are flawless! But the best capture of all...a wide eyed, enthusiastic daughter!
You capture beauty beautifully!! :)
Lovely--both the girls and the flowers! The macro of the onion flowers are so pretty. And the little freckled redhead girl is just adorable. She looks like a pixie.

Am I right in thinking that older miss e and youngest miss e have very similiar features/ looks? How are you going by the way? It's blowing a gale here today.

These are all delightful but the last one has a chuckle I can't get rid of... so sweet! The first one is also amazingly deep with thought... Again all are lovely... thank you for sharing a glimpse into your world. very encouraging! Family is such a gift.

Such wonderful photos! Lovely flowers and lovely daughters. There is so much beauty in our world! I am so grateful for mine...I know you are for yours!
By the way, hollyhocks are a common American bloom, but kind've old-fashioned. A lot of people don't bother to grow them anymore, and I just love them! Thanks for your encouraging comments about my photos!
What beautiful photos! Wandering over from Studio JRU's Sneak Peak Friday... xoxo
One thing is for sure, you will never run out of wonderful things to photograph!
