Beauty, Joy and Contentment

March, a glorious month of summer sunshine! Food, flowers, family and successful finales - always much to be grateful for. My Fresh Fields slow sewing project continues, piece by piece. We have just celebrated our first Easter without either of our eldest two (21 and just 24) being 'home', yet it felt right and not wrong. They celebrated with friends and church family where they are each living and studying now. Finding beauty, joy and contentment in each day and season.

You’re right Susan, it has been a good month, but then, nearly every month is when I choose carefully how I look at it. :)

What a beautiful collection of photographs, Karen, and SO much to be grateful for this month. I know I've said it before, but it bears repeating...you have such a beautiful family.

What a great collection of images, Karen! You have documented a month with so much to be grateful for. And I totally agree with Lisa... such a lovely family and all growing up so much!
Are the twins planning to go to university too soon?

Thanks Liz. Grace is currently studying Diploma of Music at the local TAFE. She would like to make a living from her music. N is currently working a six month position with the Green Army - environmental work. So both are still at home. N may move to Sydney later this year to further her cricketing opportunities. I don’t know if any of our younger six will end up at uni - we’ll have to wait and see.
