A young zinnia standing tall in today's early morning sunshine.
Wednesday's free paper wearing pearls of rain.
Miss E drawing raindrops which have been a very familiar sight this summer.
A fresh green zinnia.
Last month I spent much time creating a special book through Blurb as a record of our family happenings during 2011. Miss E delights in looking through the photos and remembering each event.
Master T creating more memories - sometimes it's best not to ask, just to supervise carefully......
Sunset after a recent storm, always a pleasant way to end a long summer's day.

The first light of day they know the nature kissing gently.
The kindness of a flower that kindles a smile.
The images that we experienced that become memories to browse and relive.
And how nice to stop and observe a soul committed to discovering the meaning of things.
And greet the day with a beautiful sunset.
A glimpse of beautiful Lived.
Thanks for sharing.
A smile..

Najgorszym wspomnieniem lata była chyba za duża ilość deszczu.Dzieci zawsze coś ciekawego wymyślą. Cynie są śliczne i ich zdjęcia. Pozdrawiam cieplutko. *** The worst memories of the summer was probably a large number of deszczu.Dzieci always come up with something interesting. Zinnias are beautiful and their pictures. Yours warm.

These are all lovely Karen. I always love seeing the photos of your dear children! Looks like Master T is "inventing electricity". How fun. also, the zinnias are wonderful, and remind me that I mean to get some of those started in my garden very soon. They are so lovely! Love the book that you have created of your family activities. What an awesome tool digital capabilities give you, I have 50 huge scrapbooks of my last 30 years and they take up a large amount of space, wish I had had the ability to make those wonderful books. !!!! Very nice. also love the pictures of the storm clouds behind the harbor. Wonderful. Very nice post as usual!
Love the pearls of rain, Miss E's raindrops and the sunset! I have a couple raindrops pics I need to post myself...Adorable little things.
Love the raindrops on the newspaper. And those clouds! Stunning!
Your photos are lovely as always, however I could stare at the last one for hours. Stunning!
Love this series of shots... especially the last shot of the bridge...
Your post made me smile... Miss E painting super big raindrops and Master T doing ??? So wonderful your comment under that photo, and so true!
Liebe Grüße,
Pia
Spectacular skyes! I see you got the book... are you happy with it? It's always fun to do isn't it :)
You captured the drama in those skys so well especially the composition of the last shot and the beautiful reflection.
I enjoyed seeing the look of determination in your sons face as he does his experiment.
It's nice to see your summer :)
I love the zinnias
There'll never be enough of beautiful sunsets in a photographer's world. Yours is another treasure that you share with us. Thank you!
Rosie
You've labelled this post accurately because 'delight' is exactly how I feel looking through these pictures. Look at the one of little miss e browsing through your book - doesn't it make it so worth it the fact that you've taken the time to compile that for your family. I'm still laughing about you saying 'sometimes it's better not to ask in relation to master t's creations! As soon as I see his face in a photo I now think 'what's he up to now?'!! And then those most delight full photos of the sunset - beautiful.
The last two images -- absolutely glorious skies; and, the reflection besides the bridge was superb!!
Thank you my friend at Seeing Each Day, you understand perfectly. I made the book, my first, through Blurb and only discovered last night (through a blogging friend) that I hadn't connected my photo library to the software and I had consequently made it 10 times slower and harder than the process should have been....Yet as I was watching Miss E go into raptures over the book last week, I instantly felt it was still all worth it.
lovely lovely pictures !
^_^
Those clouds are stunning! And that experiment looks interesting!
It looks like you are having an absolutely magnificent summer : ) I am so glad!
Especially love the last two photos!
