No the plants dont smell - well not to my nose anyway! There must be some nice fly attracting chemicals in there somewhere! (I may have exaggerated a bit with the number of flies it attracts!)
Yes, God's beauty is all around. We just need the reminder to slow down and admire the pristine beauty of the creator. These are wonderful reminders, lovely captures...
I had never seen such an amazing flower: Grevillea lavendulacea. I've also read the post you're linking and since I've never leaved Europe (went to Africa when I was one year old but have no memory of it) that explains it. what delightful contribution to 'Earth Wonders'. truly wonderful! thank you so much, not only I get to be amazed by your photography but I also learn something new :)
These flowers all amazing! Makes me think I really need to come and see your beautiful country., Thanks for your response on the fig trees. I would never ever have thought of a fig tree. Amazing
Love your Grevillea Lavendulacea photo! Australia has such wonderfully unique flowers! I'm from the U.S. but my husband's family is from Perth, W.A. I so love it there. It's so foreign to me yet feels completely like home.
Thanks for bringing it all back to me with your photos!
