Rejoice, Relax.

"This is the day the Lord has made;
let us rejoice and be glad in it."
                                                           Psalm 118:24

 The current weather forecast for today and the next couple of days for our region includes these phrases: severe weather warning; heavy rain; flash flooding; coastal waters wind warning; flood alert. Not the most pleasant start to the week. BUT I will rejoice....There is no immediate threat and we have a house to keep us warm and dry....and I have these big, bright camellias, photographed through our windows this afternoon, looking even more splendid in the rain!

I just love how you can see the water droplets on the flowers. Stay safe with that crazy weather headed your way.

Thanks for your lovely comments everyone! The weather is ok for now and probably won't end up as nasty as it could have been, thankfully.
