Come and See

"Come and see what the others have done to Miss E!"
Miss V was on a mission and it sounded like my camera would be required. When I reached the beach I nearly panicked, asking that they dig her out - quickly! However it soon became apparent that she did NOT want to be dug out. Miss E was perfectly content and insisted on digging herself out. Her only discomfort was the sand in her mouth!

NB The internet is so slow here I can't even use PicMonkey and most sites won't load. I look forward to being able to visit blogs etc once home again in a few days.  :)

Oh My Goodness! That was my first inclination also when I just saw her head sticking out to say get her out.... but began feeling better when I saw an arm out. Looks as if the girls are having a wonderfully creative time on your trip! Such fun shots, and so glad you are having a wonderful time!

Lol!! Fun on the beach, though seeing just a head poking out was a bit unnerving!!

I might have panicked at first, too, but she looks like she was enjoying herself! :)
Here it was area ice fishing contests today. Masses of people, vehicles, fishing structures out on area lakes.
I'd rather have my feet in the sand!

When we were little, my sister and I loved to bury one another, or Dad, in the sand! Made for some fun photos, just like yours!

Panna E świetnie się bawiła z rodzeństwem w wspaniałym piasku. Moje dzieci też tak się bawiły. Pozdrawiam.
Miss E had a great time with her siblings in the fine sands. My kids also so fun. Yours.

"Oh dear"...very panicky, if you are a mum but "such fun" if you are a child!! Looks like fun times to be had on that holiday of yours!!

This remind me to my own children on the beach a long time ago, they did the same. I am enjoying your lovely time on the beach together.

When I saw that first picture, the first thought that came to my mind was 'Dig her out!' ;) and also, 'That girl hasn't got the slightest sign of claustrophobia' No, it's not at all my thing, not as a child to be dug in and not as a mom to see one of the kids dug in like that. But obviously she did enjoy it, apart from the sand in her mouth afterwards. But now you all have the pictures to look at, no need to do it all over again... or.... ;)

I thought: Was were happened to little Miss E !? .. .. But she laughed with all the sand. What a fun for the kid. I mean: She never forgot this play.

Haha!! Quite an adventurous girl Miss E is! I would have done the same and my mom would be screaming for help :)
Kids will be kids. By the way, where is this Karen?

Seeing Miss E buried in sand brings back such good memories of when my daughter was young and we would go to the beach. Fun times... Love your photos my friend.

Hugs~

Hi Ash,

We are on holidays on the Gold Coast, southern Queensland. It’s a wonderful spot, especially now school holidays are over. You can see a little more in the previous few posts.
